We’re looking for a Partner Program Lead to drive and grow our newly formed agency partner program. With the number of agencies using Webflow growing every day, this program will be a key driver in company growth for many years to come. This person will dive deep into the needs of our largest customers and develop strategies to empower them to grow their businesses. They will help shape the structure and systems that enable this program to operate smoothly and continue to grow. This person will work closely with the growth, product, and marketing teams to develop features, and package top tier benefits for our partners.

This is a full-time, salaried position that includes equity, health, dental, and vision benefits. We also offer great perks like generous PTO — and a $1,000 bonus for the first time you take a vacation. (That’s right. We like it when people take sanity breaks.)

What you'll do:

  • Develop acquisition strategies for introducing new partners to Webflow’s agency partner program
  • Build growth strategies for helping partners grow their businesses
  • Shape retention strategies for helping drive long-term, successful partnerships
  • Manage day-to-day activities including on-boarding new agency partners and supporting existing agency partners
  • Design internal and external systems to operationalize the program Work cross-functionally to help ensure partners are provided the best tools, resources, and features to drive a successful partnership

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, managing cross-functional initiatives
  • 3+ years of partner program management experience
  • SaaS customer success, sales, or high-value account management experience
  • Experience with channel sales, preferably with agencies
  • Ability to stay highly aligned with multiple cross-functional teams.

Bonus points if:

  • Previous experience partnering with web design agencies
  • Knowledge of Webflow and the solutions it provides
