Coda is looking for our first Sales Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing Go-to-Market team. We are a startup backed by some of the world's leading venture capitalists and have assembled a distributed team across offices in San Francisco, Mountain View, Seattle, and many individuals who are remote.
Coda reimagines documents, spreadsheets, and how “applications” are developed. While documents and spreadsheets have remained relatively unchanged for the last 40 years, their paradigms still dominate how businesses and people operate. We're taking a fresh approach at what these fundamental surfaces are ー empowering anyone to start with something as simple as a document that can easily evolve into a powerful, connected application. We’ve seen customers make docs to plan product launches, manage marketing campaigns, coordinate country-wide remote education opportunities, and to run their business full stack (to name a few).
This role will be wide-ranging across our GTM functions, evolving with the needs of the team. You’ll work alongside key leaders in Sales, Success, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Growth and will be the driving force in many of our key GTM decisions. You’ll manage the tools that give our team leverage ー like Salesforce ー and any related systems that enable the team to make data informed decisions. We have only recently hired our first dedicated sales and success reps, so this is a unique opportunity for a scrappy self-starter looking to learn and grow alongside a rapidly scaling company and team.
