In this tutorial you will learn how to receive Zendesk tickets within Slack and how to create Slack tickets from within your Slack channels.

Within Slack, under Recent Apps select Add more apps. Search for Zendesk and click Add to Slack. Click Continue and then select channels. Enter in your Zendesk subdomain → Allow → Open Slack (x2).
In Slack, hit Get Started and set-up your ticket notifications.
In Zendesk, go to Settings → Channels → Widget. Customize your settings then click over to Setup and copy to clipboard. Embed this code to your site on pages where you want a support widget.
