This mini app shows how you can use Coda.io to create a mini meditation app which helps you create a schedule, sends you notifications daily, gives you exercises to do and sounds to use and you can track your progress with family and friends.
How it works:
When you click 'Get Started' the app generates you a profile and schedule
On the Today's meditation tab you have your dashboard which allows you to start your session, pick a sound and mark done
It also shows your start and end date, how long is left in the challenge and the session plus a progress bar
You'll also see a calendar view for all your sessions over the next 30 days
Progress tab shows your progress, how many sessions completed and missed
You can compare against your friends
