In this tutorial we'll show you how to build a customer feedback bot using Landbot. This will be useful if you want to keep up to date with your customers and how they are feeling.
Log in and select build a chat bot. Add a welcome message. Add Send a Message component from the left hand menu and link them via the default answer.
Next, add a Rating block and pick the emojis. Add a question. Add a variable name to store your the users answer.
Add another Rating question and repeat.
Next add a Question Text block and add a custom question of your choosing. Link it up.
Add a Yes/No question to gain some more info e.g Would you recommend to a friend.
Link the default answer to an Email to Team block then configure to forward the answers via email.
Finally add a Goodbye block onto the end (premium feature).
To preview, save and press preview.
Go through the flow to test that it worked as expected.
That's it! You now have a fully functioning Feedback gathering bot.
If you want to get really fancy then go ahead and add in some of the many functions that comes pre-built within Landbot.
